Frequency is the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material, as in sound waves, or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light). We measure frequency in hertz (Hz), which is the distance between the peak of one wave to the peak of its adjacent wave in a constant vibration. If an object operates at 60 Hz, (like a light bulb), then that object, or its function, is oscillating sixty times in the duration of one second. In the case of a light bulb, the light filament literally flashes on and off 60 times within the duration of one second. Since most people only perceive light at between 50 to 60 Hz, or frames per second, the light is perceived as continuous. 

 Musicians and physicists know that when two objects are tuned to the same frequency and placed in close proximity, when one object is activated the other will begin to resonate as well. When a guitarist strikes a tuning fork (440 Hz) and places it on the body of their instrument, a tone is produced from the instrument. When the A string is perfectly tuned to the tuning fork ( 440 Hz), it will vibrate when the tuning fork is struck and held near it, even without contact to the body of the instrument. So you see any object that is tuned or harmonized at the same frequency as any other object becomes quantumly entangled in a parasympathetic relationship, exchanging information instantly.

 In radio waves this information is carried at the peak of every wave, when we assign a radio station a frequency and you tune your radio to it, you instantly receive the information from the source of the signal. The signal does not start from its point of origin and end up where it is received, rather the wave already exists at both ends at the same time. So when we open our chakras we are just tuning our ' 'receiver'' to the given frequency of a quantum "radio station" instantly. 

 Our bodies have a specific frequency, our organs, our cells, and our thoughts and emotions, all have individual and specific frequencies as well. When we get blood transfusion, or an organ transplant, we have to make sure the frequencies of the donor are compatible to that of the recipient. Different blood types have different frequencies. When it comes to the quantum field, we are talking about the mother of all radio stations as it is the origin and foundation of all delineations of frequency that exist in the known universe. 

 It is the frequencies of the quantum field that we will be applying to the techniques that follow. With our knowledge that every one of our chakras has a resonant frequency with they're related organs in the body, we begin to "tune in" to the frequency of each chakra to "receive" the quantum signal and in turn activating the chakras sending this same signal to the organs in the body and the body as a whole. This is how the healing begins.
